Eliud Ngugi conducts a multi-disciplinary practice that offers integrated dispute resolution, advisory and conveyance services for a wide variety of clients, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation and transactions, where he serves constitutional institutions, private sector, regulatory institutions, public entities and county governments. He has a particular interest in Intellectual property Law. Eliud Ngugi also appears in the High Courts and courts of similar status, as well as various domestic tribunals.
Eliud offers unique legal dispute resolution services by uniquely combining his legal and research expertise. His litigation experience includes but is not limited to; Constitutional Law, Commercial Litigation, Judicial Review, Family and Labour law.
